<!-- Served on every host of the Pages project; submitted once in Search Console
under the clavis-data.com DOMAIN property, which covers all subdomains.

STASIS URLS ONLY. clavis-data.com is a separate Pages project with its own
repo and its own sitemap (see E:\Clavis\clavis-site), so listing its home
here made this file claim authority over a site it does not build. Removed
2026-08-12. Do not add it back.

URLs carry a trailing slash because that is the canonical form Pages serves:
a request without one 308-redirects to it, so a slashless sitemap entry costs
every crawl an extra hop. Keep this list in step with ROUTES in
scripts/prerender.mjs - a page listed here but missing there is served the
home page's prerendered HTML to crawlers, which is how /marketing/bridge and
the two comparison guides were silently mis-indexed until 2026-07-31.

lastmod is taken from the LAST COMMIT DATE of the page's source component,
not from the day the sitemap was edited. Stamping today's date on every row
is the easy mistake: it makes the whole file worthless as a freshness signal
because a crawler that recrawls and finds nothing changed learns to ignore
lastmod on this host entirely. Several rows below moved backwards on the
2026-08-12 refresh for exactly that reason. To re-derive a row, ask git for
the last commit date, in short date format, of the component named in the
     comment directly above it.

Note for whoever edits this comment next: a literal double hyphen is illegal
inside an XML comment and makes the whole sitemap unparseable, so the git
command above is written out in words rather than as a copyable flag. -->

<!-- Legal.tsx (terms / privacy / dpa share one module). These four take their date from
LEGAL.lastUpdatedISO in src/lib/legal.ts rather than from git, because that constant is
what the pages themselves PRINT as "Last updated". Deriving them from the last commit
instead is how they first went wrong: the commit date was read while the same batch of
work was still rewriting Legal.tsx and Security.tsx, so the sitemap was about to ship
claiming July for four pages whose own visible date said August. Bump both together. -->
