When a date can't hold, Stasis tells you exactly why, names the bottleneck task, and offers real options: take the later date, move the task to a named teammate, or split it between two people. Each option is verified with the actual engine before you see it, and applying one is a single click.

Set it once, it keeps scheduling itself

A job can repeat on whatever cadence the client pays for, and every cycle Stasis checks real capacity before it mints the next one, so a repeat never double-books anyone just because it's due. If a job only makes its deadline by spending the slack you built in, it gets flagged early as buffer at risk. And a 12-week forecast per team shows committed work against your planning target, with tentative work overlaid, so you see which week runs out of room before you promise into it.

Estimates that learn from finished work

Every approved job quietly teaches Stasis how long your steps really take. Recent jobs count more than old ones, outliers and multitasked samples get filtered out, and when the evidence is strong it suggests a better number. Nothing changes until a manager approves it.
